Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 20)

• 4 King Bedroom Suites (Downstairs): Each features a private ensuite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for every couple.
• 1 King Bedroom Suite with a bunk (Upstairs): Includes a king bed with two lofted twin beds, making it perfect for a small family.
• 1 Bunk Room (Upstairs)Features four queen-size bunk beds with ensuite creating a fun and comfortable space for kids, teens, or additional guests.

Every bedroom includes its own private bathroom, plus there's a convenient half bath downstairs for shared use.

Whether you're preparing breakfast for the family or hosting a holiday dinner, the cabin is built to handle large groups with ease. Two side-by-side residential refrigerators provide plenty of storage for groceries and drinks.
Three washer and dryer sets (two downstairs and one upstairs) make extended stays simple and convenient.

After confirming your reservation, a rental agreement will be sent to you for review and signature. This must be completed before your arrival.

The minimum age to book and check in is 25 years old. Reservations made by individuals under the age of 25 may be subject to cancellation.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
If you wish to have an early check-in or a late check-out please contact us for availability

Hot Tub

• The hot tub is available year-round. Please keep the cover closed when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.

Fire Pit & Fireplaces

• There is an outdoor fire pit next to the pool that is built in and operates on propane
• Indoor gas fireplaces are seasonal and available October–April.

Pets

• If you plan to bring pets, please note that the cabin charges an additional pet fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Kindly contact us in advance to ensure the pet fee is added to your booking.
• Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.
• Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on furniture.

Security Cameras

• For safety, exterior security cameras are located at entry points and outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home.

Occupancy Limit

• Maximum occupancy is 20 guests at all times.
• Parties, events, and extra guests are not allowed.

Self Check-In

• This property offers self-check-in with keypad entry.
• Check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
