Hot Tub

• The hot tub is available year-round. Please keep the cover closed when not in use to
  maintain temperature and cleanliness.

Fire Pit & Fireplaces

• Firewood is not provided. Guests may purchase firewood locally if they wish to use
  the outdoor fire pit, or they can give us a call if they want to arrange it prior
• Indoor gas fireplaces are seasonal and available October–April.

Pets

• If you plan to bring pets, please note that the cabin charges an additional pet fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Kindly contact us in advance to ensure the pet fee is added to your booking.
• Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.
• Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on furniture.

Parking

• Private driveway parking available for approximately 3–4 vehicles.
• No street parking allowed.

Security Cameras

• For safety, exterior security cameras are located at entry points and outdoor areas.
  There are no cameras inside the home.

Occupancy Limit

• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests at all times.
• Parties, events, and extra guests are not allowed.

Self Check-In

• This property offers self-check-in with keypad entry.
• Check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Weather / Nature Notice

• This cabin is located in a forest setting.
• You may encounter insects, wildlife, or weather conditions typical for Broken Bow.
